Karl joins the team at Rich Hill having completed a long and successful period at The Oaks Stud (Cambridge) as Marketing and Nominations Manager. He has a Business Studies Degree (Marketing) and worked in the office machinery & telecommunications industry prior to following his passion for horseracing and breeding. As an owner and breeder, and also having spent time working in both racing stables and stud farms, Karl brings a great knowledge of the industry. Ross has been with Rich Hill for the last four years, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience. He was previously a part of the Millfield Stud team for ten years, then followed by seven years as the owner and manager of Java Lodge Stud in Matamata. |

Damien started with Rich Hill in August 2016. He brings much experience, coming to Rich Hill having spent ten years working for the Aga Khan, and in the last four years running Scenic Lodge in Western Australia - this the home of champion stallion Blackfriars. |

Renee has been with the stud for over 15 years and provides a wealth of knowledge and a calm hand in assisting our yearlings. She is best known for working at 100 miles an hour, never letting go of a yearling, and being a great person to go to for assistance or advice. |
